Volunteers organize, fund raise and promote Habitat Events.
Great committee opportunities allow volunteers to get to know homeowners and assist us in doing the behind-the-scenes work. There are many committees to choose from: Family Support, Family Selection, Public Relations, Fundraising, Church Relations. Construction, Site Selection, and Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity offers both individuals and groups a way to give back to their Brunswick County neighbors. Non Construction Volunteers serve behind the scenes. They help in our ReStores preparing materials for display, assisting customers, and keeping the ReStore organized.
Other volunteers serve on one of our committees, raising funds, supporting families, helping out with PR, and staffing special events.
Volunteer staff work on the sales floor, helping customers find building materials, or in receiving, helping to unload trucks and measure and price materials for sale.
We always need volunteers to provide lunches for our crews. OurLUNCH OUTREACH calendar allows you or your group to select an available day/location.
